Franciacorta sits just south of Lake Iseo, and it uses the same grapes and the same method as Champagne. This Riserva stayed on its yeast for eight years before anyone touched it. The bubbles are fine, and the wine tastes of toast and lemon.

Toasted brioche, lemon and hazelnut, with very fine bubbles.
